The conference will serve as a forum for the dissemination of state-of-the-art research, development, implementation of multimedia systems, technologies, and applications.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix\">\n<p>The key objective of ICMCS\u201916 is to create a program that achieves a balance between theory and practice, academia and industry, systems\/tools-oriented research and content creation.<\/p>\n<p>ICMCS\u201916 is an<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/conferencedetails\/index.html?Conf_ID=39493\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0IEEE Conference<\/a><\/strong>.
