Energy Efficiency in Buildings workshop

The building sector, including the residential and services subsectors, is one of the largest energy consumers worldwide. With a significant steadily growing share of final energy demand, this sector represents a significant potential in terms of rationalization of energy consumption and an important source of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the aim of the Energy Efficiency in Buildings workshop is to bring together specialists from academia and industry in order to exchange and share their experiences, present research results, and to spark collaborations. All topics related to the subject are welcome: (Integrated and sustainable buildings, construction materials, Experimental characterization of thermal properties, inverse techniques, heat transfer modeling and simulation, Energy audit and energy management, Life cycle cost analysis, Building thermal laws and regulations, Insulation techniques and envelope design …)
