Special session1: Biomass and Biogas Energy

The main objective of this special session is to present the state of the art of R&D in the field of bioenergy and biogas including environmental and socio-economic impacts. Waste management, research&development, and innovation with particular interest to the operational issues for biogas and biomass energy operators will be highlighted. The integrated sustainable solutions in the context of circular economy avoiding high input costs will be discussed.
