Special Session 2 – Biomass and Biogas Energy in circular economy context

How the biogas and biomass energy could achieve circular economy objectives? In this special session, we will discuss the new combined system used to close the loop and achieve the circular economy goals.

The main objective of this special session is to present the state of the art of R&D in the field of bioenergy and biogas including environmental and socio-economic impacts. Waste management, research & development, and innovation with particular interest to the operational issues for biogas and biomass energy operators will be highlighted. The integrated sustainable solutions in the context of circular economy avoiding high input costs will be discussed.
