Experiences from Noor Midelt 1 will be shared, alongside Masdar\u2019s general views about new hybrid solutions particularly tailored for the MENA region.<\/p>\n<h3>Biography<\/h3>\n<p>Guillermo Vazquez is currently the Engineering Manager of Noor Midelt I plant\u2019s SPV in Morocco and the technical lead for CSP and Hybrid plants within Masdar. Guillermo has more than ten years of experience in various solar and storage technologies international projects covering all life cycle phases and working from the EPC and developer\u2019s side.
