Optimizing the performance of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells, interfacial materials play a critically important role in device performance and device stability. Solution-processed two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides (2D TMDs) have shown great potential in organic solar cells, organic light emitting diodes and other heterojunctions solar cells. However, the research with 2D TMDs for PSCs is relatively scarce. In this talk, 2D TMDs based-bottom interfacial materials (near ITO substrate) for PSCs will be discussed. these results on 2D MoS2/WS2 as hole-transporting materials for p-i-n type PSC [1] and 2D TiS2 as electron transporting materials [2] or modified interfacial layer [3] for n-i-p type PSCs will be shown, indicating the 2D TMDs have great potential for application as a new generation of interfacial materials for high performance and long-term stable PSCs.
