The workshop will discuss the market of renewable resources forecasting, its economic prospects and the technological advances of the forecasting methods deployed in the industry and the ones still in R&D. The workshop will also be an opportunity for networking and discussing promising forecasting tools and their deployment in the context of today\u2019s big issues such as smart grids, mobility and trading.
\nThe workshop covers the following topics:
\n-The importance of meteorology in Renewable Energy;
\n– State of the art of renewable resources forecasting (existing methods in the industry);
\n– The market of renewable energy forecasting;
\n– The economic prospects of renewable energy forecasting in the context of smart grids, mobility and trading.<\/p>\n
